Product Production & Ordering Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

• Customized Product Notice

This product is made to order, and production will take approximately 45 working days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping time).

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. Please ensure all size and material selections are correct before placing your order. 

• Return & Exchange Policy

As this is a customized item created to individual specifications, it is not eligible for the 7-day return period under the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. 

• Ring Resizing Service (Rings Only)

We offer one-time complimentary resizing per ring (within a range of ±3 sizes).

For a second adjustment, or if the size change exceeds ±3 sizes, a modification fee of NT$3,000 will apply.

Please keep the enclosed guarantee card, and contact us in advance to schedule resizing or any after-sales service.
